Cassava Cake (31x20cm tray)

Our Fijian cassava cake, baked in a full 31x20cm tray. Grated cassava, coconut cream and sugar, baked slowly until the edges catch and the centre turns soft and chewy. Serves a crowd, keeps well, and tastes even better the next day.

Pickup only from Fiji Pantry, 17 Darley Street, Darlinghurst, on Saturday 10 October between 10am and 5pm. Orders close Wednesday 7 October at midnight. Limited numbers, so once they are gone, they are gone.

Contains coconut. Made in a kitchen that handles eggs, dairy, gluten and nuts.
