Custard Pie (31x20cm tray)

Our Fijian custard pie, baked in a full 31x20cm tray. A rich, golden base topped with a silky baked custard, scented with vanilla and nutmeg, set soft and sliced generously. The kind of pie that disappears at a family gathering.

Pickup only from Fiji Pantry, 17 Darley Street, Darlinghurst, on Saturday 10 October between 10am and 5pm. Orders close Wednesday 7 October at midnight. Limited numbers, so once they are gone, they are gone.

Contains eggs, dairy and gluten. Made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
