Pure Fijian sea salt flakes, hand harvested from the crystal-clear deep ocean waters of the volcanic island of Taveuni, Fiji. Traditionally made in small batches, these delicate flakes carry the clean, mineral-rich taste of the Pacific. The taste of paradise is at your fingertips.

Use as a finishing salt over grilled fish, roast vegetables, fresh tomatoes or anything that deserves a little sparkle.
