Fiji Style Chilli Olive Oil

Part chilli oil, part chilli chutney, with no crunch, and all flavour.

The same chilli blend as our original, built on a different foundation: Australian extra virgin olive oil. The olive oil brings a richness and gentle pepperiness of its own, making this the more luxurious of the two. One for finishing rather than frying.

Drizzle over burrata, hummus, grilled fish, or roast vegetables, stir through pasta, or serve with good bread and let it speak for itself.
