Fiji Style Curry Powder

Every Fijian kitchen has its curry powder, and this is ours.

Fiji Style Curry Powder is our take on the blend that arrived in Fiji with Indian indentured labourers over a century ago and has been evolving in island kitchens ever since. Earthy, warm, and toasty, it is built for the Indo-Fijian way of cooking: hot oil, whole spices, and a generous spoonful of this to start almost everything.

Use it as the base for chicken or lamb curry, dust it over potatoes before roasting, or stir it through dhal in the final minutes. If you have eaten curry in Fiji, this is the flavour you remember.
