No Indo-Fijian kitchen runs without ghee. It is the first thing in the pot before the curry powder goes in, the brush over hot roti, the richness in every festival sweet. Golden Farm makes theirs the traditional way here in Australia, slowly clarifying fresh cream from Australian cow's milk into a golden, grainy, nutty ghee with 99.9% butter fat.

With its high smoke point it is built for real cooking: frying whole spices, roasting vegetables, searing, baking, or simply melting over rice and dhal. And because the milk solids are removed, it is lactose free.
