Pistachio Cake (10 inch round)

Our pistachio cake, a generous 10 inch round. Dense, moist and packed with ground pistachio, finished with a light icing and a scatter of crushed nuts. Built for celebrations, it serves 12 to 16 and keeps well for a few days in the fridge.

Pickup only from Fiji Pantry, 17 Darley Street, Darlinghurst, on Saturday 10 October between 10am and 5pm. Orders close Wednesday 7 October at midnight. Only four available this bake.
